Specialty Pharma, through its operating subsidiary Professional Home Care Services, is a regional provider of home infusion and respiratory therapy services. Specialty Pharma also distributes and administers biotechnology drug therapies such as Synagis® in patient home and physician office settings.

In September 2006, Eureka sold Specialty Pharma to Critical Homecare Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KCHS Holdings, which is an affiliate of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C.
