John Brown is President of Penn Warehousing and Distribution, a family-owned and operated leader in shipping, receiving and distribution of goods throughout the U.S. from its location on the waterfront in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Starting at a young age as a part-time employee of Penn, John became a full-time employee upon graduation from high school, bringing determination and commitment as he worked in every aspect of Penn’s operations including as a forklift operator, warehouse manager and labor union liaison. In 1994, after thirteen years in the business, John was elected President of Penn by its shareholders representing two generations of family owners and operators. In the first 16 years under John’s leadership, Penn’s revenue grew fivefold, expanding into several new product industry verticals including fruit and automobiles, and by 2016 its Penn Auto division was handling the receiving and processing logistics for 170,000 automobiles a year while adding 200 new jobs on the Philadelphia waterfront.
John leveraged his distribution and route logistics expertise in a second entrepreneurial endeavor in 2006, acquiring a majority interest in RDS, a leading provider of vending, pantry and micro-market services for institutional clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
A fierce competitor, John was inducted into the American Offshore Power Boat Racing Hall of Champions as a driver in 1995 and is an active sailor today, competing in regattas both domestically and internationally.

Prior to founding FlatWorld, John brought deep expertise in developing growth strategies, pricing strategies, sales/marketing performance strategies and cost optimization to clients as a Partner and leader of OC&C Strategy Consultants’ Boston office. Prior to leading OC&C’s Boston office, John was a Partner with the Parthenon Group and member of the Information Industry practice. John was also a Financial Analyst with IBM and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard.
John has a BS in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

David Hanssens, currently a Partner with London-headquartered OC&C Strategy Consultants where he leads the U.S. Information and Media practice, has over 30 years of operating and advisory experience across a broad range of information, legal and education services businesses. David has worked as a senior executive or in an advisory role for leading global information companies including Thomson Reuters, McGraw Hill, Dun & Bradstreet, Nielsen, Houghton Mifflin and IHS.
Prior to OC&C, David served as Chief Strategy Officer for Thomson’s legal and regulatory business and was an integral part of the senior management team that quadrupled global profits in the business unit from 1996 to 2007. David led the post-acquisition integration of West Group, reducing costs by $150 million annually and driving the business from the #2 industry position to twice its competitors revenues over a 10-year period.
Prior to Thomson Reuters, David was a founding partner of the Parthenon Group in 1991 and was the largest revenue driver at the firm at the time of his departure in 2001 to join Thomson Reuters. David also served in a senior strategy role at Pepsico, was an Engagement Manager at Bain & Company, and held business development roles at Schlumberger and NCR.
David received an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Business Management from Cornell University.

Andrew Prozes is an accomplished CEO, entrepreneur and private investor serving on several boards. Andy’s current and previous board service includes Scribestar, Transunion, Neoway, fiizy, Prove, nanopay, and Synaptive. Andy served as CEO of LexisNexis and on the board of Reed Elsevier (now RELX), a $45 billion market capitalization information and analytics business, from 2000 until December 2010.
Under Andy’s leadership, LexisNexis grew from $1.7 billion in 2000 to over $4 billion in 2010, employing approximately 17,000 people in 2 business units – LexisNexis Legal, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Risk Solutions provides data and analytics to help compliance and risk professionals assess and decide on various compliance functions such as PEP, AML, KYC, as well as underwriting loans and mortgages, insurance coverage for homes and autos, and extensive compliance functions using appropriate regulatory governance rules and analysis of personal data.
Andy is a past Chairman of The Information Industry Association and has served on the boards of the Information Technology Association of Canada, the Canadian Newspaper Association, and the National Executive Service Corps. Andy was an Executive Board Member of the American Bar Association Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (CEELI), a Board & Executive Committee Member of The Atlantic Council of the United States, and a Director of The Bruce Museum of Arts and Technology in Greenwich, Connecticut. He serves on board of trustees of Freedom House.
Andy was born in Germany to Estonian parents who were fleeing the Russian occupation. Andy grew up in the Niagara peninsula in Canada and graduated in the first Canadian computer science program with a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Andy also received an MBA from York University.

Troy Williams is Founder and Executive Vice President for Versalus Health, the leading Analytics-as-a-Service hospital performance improvement company. He has responsibility over product development, client services, and corporate development. Troy has over 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting, technology, revenue cycle, and analytics. In addition, he has extensive experience in starting and scaling businesses in corporate development and finance capacity. He excels at understanding hospital and health systems’ needs and creating products and services to address tactical execution and performance. Troy also serves as the President of the Troy and Sherri Williams Foundation for Education, which provides educational grants, mentoring, and internship experience to college students nationwide.
Before founding Versalus and DHCP, Troy served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Executive Health Resources (EHR) and was responsible for building corporate infrastructure, corporate planning, and process improvement initiatives. He was also a member of the board of directors while at EHR.
Prior to EHR, Troy co-founded Concuity, Inc., where he led the Product Development, Client Services and Business Development teams. He also served as a member of Concuity’s board of directors. Before Concuity, Troy served as Senior Associate and Healthcare Consultant at APM/CSC Healthcare where he advised the Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers of healthcare organizations regarding market strategy, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University and attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

IOPeNTM members may provide services to certain Eureka portfolio companies and compensation paid for such services will be borne by the applicable portfolio companies, and indirectly borne by the Fund by virtue of the Fund’s investment in such portfolio company.
