Eureka Equity Partners (“Eureka”) today announced the promotions of three members of its investment team, effective January 1, 2020.

Lisa Harris Millhauser was promoted to Principal from Vice President. Lisa joined Eureka in 2014. Prior to joining Eureka, Lisa was with the Boston office of TA Associates. Lisa is a member of the Board of Directors of Eureka III portfolio company Merit Service Solutions and is a key member of the Jansy Packaging deal team. Lisa received a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dan Black was promoted to Vice President from Senior Associate. Dan joined Eureka in 2017. Prior to joining Eureka, Dan was with New York-based Bessemer Securities. Dan is an integral member of the deal teams of Eureka III portfolio companies Merit Service Solutions, MedForce and Jansy Packaging. Dan received a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Colin Baker was promoted to Associate from Analyst. Colin joined Eureka in 2017. Prior to joining Eureka, Colin was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Charlotte office of Fifth Third Securities. Colin is a member of the deal teams for Eureka II portfolio companies Everite and FlexManage, and Eureka III portfolio company McCue Corporation. Colin received a BS in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
