MTS Medication Technologies
Clearwater, FLMTS Medication Technologies (AMEX: MPP) supplies medication compliance packaging products and medication dispensing systems that are primarily sold to institutional pharmacies that service nursing homes, assisted living facilities and correctional facilities. MTS developed the first automated packaging machine designed to fill and seal medications into disposable punch cards.
In May 2004 Eureka exercised and sold its warrant shares into the public market. Eureka fully realized its investment in MTS through a redemption of its convertible preferred that closed in December 2006.
