Nailite’s products are low maintenance, durable and provide an upscale alternative to conventional vinyl siding that authentically simulates the appearance and texture of cedar shingle, stone or brick for significantly less cost to the consumer than natural materials.
In April 2003, Eureka successfully exited Nailite through its sale to Graham Partners, a private equity firm in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
