Eureka Equity Partners (“Eureka”) today announced that its portfolio company Synergi LLC (“Synergi”), a leading engineering and construction services firm that specializes in the design, fabrication and installation of feature staircases across the United States, has completed the acquisition of Alpine Group (1974) Limited (“Alpine”) from its shareholders. Located outside London, England, Alpine is a construction services firm specializing in highly engineered feature staircases and other complementary structural features for properties across the greater London metropolitan area. Alpine has successfully grown into a leading provider of feature staircases in the greater London market, serving blue-chip customers across multiple end-use industries including the corporate office, hospitality and high-end residential markets.
Jim Admiraal, CEO of Synergi, said, “We are thrilled to formally partner with Alpine, marking a significant milestone in our long-term growth plans and ability to service our international client base. Alpine’s technical expertise, focus on architectural design, local market knowledge, and exemplary project management align perfectly with Synergi’s commitment to innovation, quality, and client delight. Our businesses share similar values and growth ambitions, with our combined teams offering a wealth of knowledge and deep expertise to clients. This integration allows us to offer an extended range of capabilities to customers across North America and the U.K., as they embark on complex projects across a variety of new build and historical spaces.”
Michael Christopher, CFO of Synergi, added, “Expanding into the U.K. made sense given the strong similarities between the markets and customers in the U.S. and London. The acquisition of Alpine strengthens our backlog and pipeline and will play a pivotal role in delivering on our financial initiatives and enhancing our value to customers, employees, and investors.”
“The acquisition of Alpine accelerates Synergi’s international expansion and enhances the company’s ability to deliver high-quality architectural feature stairs while supporting its increasingly global customers’ growth into new geographies,” said Tassie Oswald, a Partner with Eureka and a Director of Synergi. “With a growing pipeline of projects in London, the combined entity is better-positioned to serve clients locally, drive new business, and deepen its vendor partnerships integral to the quality and execution that differentiates Synergi.”
